Genshin Impact Co-Op is quite the experience... This was filmed during my hunt for fish so I could craft The Catch polearm. I made a KZbin short about getting the fish, but wanted to turn the "journey" into its own video because of everything I witnessed/endured (lol).
This video is meant for entertainment purposes only. In no way do I mean to insult / make fun of any players shown in the video. Trust me, there's PLENTY about this game that I have no clue about.

I always let people farm in my world, but those who don't ask for permission or just silently teleport somewhere trying to be sneaky automatically get kicked. Always remember your pleases and thank you's, even teucer does :)

I haven't found a genuine player who just wants to play since AR 50, I'm AR 57. Thats a long time ago. So I try to be the genuine player when I'm in Co op since I myself know how annoying farmers are.

I always regard farmers as lazy asses who didn’t bother to pick up the flowers of whatever while they were first exploring, but now suddenly need 160 of this flower to ascend their new waifu and are too impatient to wait a week or two to collect them naturally. I just picked up everything that glows for 50 AR’s and literally never have shortage of any overworld specialty. It takes 5 seconds to just steer a little bit to the left and pick a specialty, even if you don’t need it right now, you most certainly will in the future. Why this easy concept is so hard to grasp for some people is beyond me.

As someone who has had someone join to steal stuff without knowing I needed it, plz don't do this. Just ask, it ruins the experience when you go to do your own farming and someone stole your materials. Just make sure they don't already need it or even if they want to tag along ^^ OH! And Co-op Tip: - don't forget to use your manners when you ask to farm and when you're leaving! It keeps the atmosphere friendly in Co-op. I always appreciate and remember the players who are really nice so I don't doubt other people also appreciate it ^^ Happy Farming my little builders! Co-op tip: I do encourage following the person in your world, helping them obvi but sometimes a liar pops up and they try farming for other things. I had someone "farming whopper flowers" but really stealing cor lapis when I just decided to check on them. Just be careful out there especially if you have multiple characters who all require the same ascension materials

Of I've done my dailies and finished resin/ farming, sometimes I hop into someone's world just for fun. Though I usually aim for the world's slightly lower level than me because I don't have string enough builds yet where I can reliably only use two characters for content

Once a childe main came into my world and started with a 'hello,how was ur day' and on the map I saw them running through gueyun stone forest. I asked them if they wanted to kill the 4 ruin guards then they didn't reply at all. I quietly climbed up a hill and spotted them killing a cicin mage nearby which there was a starconch. I really wish I had a popcorn to enjoy that show. Lol I complimented their Childe's DMG and they were like thanks. Plus I scolded themfor not asking me first before farming for those or I'd have helped u farm them idiot and they were like sorry. I helped them farm andwe spent some time killing hilichurl and ...that's it lol

Simply because if I uploaded a video of me going into worlds asking if I could fish, then receiving a "yes" or "no", that would be a very boring video to watch. The whole idea was that I was trying to sneak/speedrun my way to fish, thus adding some kind of intrigue. Though if that is your concern, then rest assured, if I'm going to other players' worlds to gather resources (outside of this video) I do ask first, and most of the time also help them with bosses/whatever they're up to. Usually ends in us adding each other as friends too lol

I love coop but for some reason 9/10 of the players in the western server only speak spanish and only like 1/4 of the remainder speak english. There are so many fun hijinks you can get up to, even doing domains at 0 resin can be fun if it's with a coop partner and not just wasting time by yourself. Also I had a teacher once who told the class we could talk in class because she read a study that found that the majority of the useful information students learned in school was learned from other students, not from the teachers. Perfectly reflects how people don't read Genshin's long dry difficult-to-parse tutorials and also don't experiment much beyond their initial assumptions, but end up learning the same info from other players just demonstrating or explaining it much more simply.

I didn't accept and Raiden Shogun profiles during her banner. One time I rlly needed help with the pyro domain and they asked for the fish. I decided to let them take the fish and asked them for help after it. They said "I'm here for fish" and just left like that :)) another time after her banner, I let 1 in and we did a domain. They just used their E and stood like that not helping at all. I kicked them before they could get their rewards :p I'm sorry but your E does 800 Dmg. How is it helpful to my lvl 80 enemies???
