@@pevby i was speaking on how they usually release the most important character of the arc, at the epilogue of the arc. just like how they did it with Xiangzhou, 1.2 the main story climax, and 1.3 was the epilogue which saw the release of DHIL. They would never release the important character of the region/world before the actual main story is finished. Had nothing to do with if Aventurine will be back or not, (i am sure he will be back, trust in the gambler he always wins) and apparently they went with Firefly, i was thinking of Sunday but i guess this makes more sense considering she was the focus of 2.0 and was referenced heavily throughout 2.1 even if she wasn't present, if she is also heavily present in 2.2 story, then yeah she is the important character of Penacony main story.

Objectively speaking, Aventurine is one of, if not the best written character in the Penacony story so far. Unlike most other characters in the Penacony story, Aventurine is one of the few who has a discernible desire and fear that can be clearly understood of why he chose to be part of the plot. Aventurine wasn’t there because the plot said so, but because he said so. No other character really has defined personal stakes in the Penacony story that are as fleshed out as his so far imo, which is the driving factor behind why people are compelled to sympathize with his situation. Every other character might have their own reasons for being there, but their personal stakes in terms of how it relates to their desires and fears isn’t as clear or is sometimes nonexistent. This is why Aventurine was the most memorable in Penacony to me.

I think the MC is going to end up distrusting Firefly and actually helping out Aventurine in some form or another which is why the hat seems to be iconic to the story of Penacony and it probably becomes the source of our power like the Rand Lance for Preservation. Aventurine was never really an antagonist, even through association with the capture and claim operations of the IPC. He was always playing with the hand he was dealt and took every measure it meant to make him come out on top. In the end, he saw that ultimately losing was the victory because it was an escape from the torment of being held in someone's chains, be it the IPCs, The Harmony's, even the coils of life itself. He was a man with basically nothing to lose, even if his funds were lost in the process and all the assets that made him hold the status he had were stripped from him. He willingly broke himself to prove that he could win even when everyone around him though he'd lost, and hopefully, amidst the abyss where he lost everything but his soul, he is able to make it back out of the otherworld alive to tell the tale like Robin.

Free himself from the preservation/IPC Control 3. Free himself from Sunday's control To do this he had to intentionally provoke an anomaly like Acheron to kill him with her power to open the dreamscape amd set him free. Convoluted; but not a scheme that Acheron would habe agreed to on her own free will.

I think The part ''I don't wanna be alone tonight'' , that's why he use big speakers or maybe concert speakers to make everyone come to see him because he gonna die affterall in next 16-17hours and The part "There's nothing else left for me to do'' is i think after he speaks to npc for the information he found the sparkle (his plan to see her) and he knows information from sparkle so he don't have anything else to do about finding more npc and more information and the next sentence is going to the other side other side so he move on to the stadium and the part " i don't wanna be alone tonight" is come so the lyrics is really connected to story
