It is possible and healthy to be physical with your husband, until you're in the 6th month of your pregnancy. Just need to be cautious to not strain yourself too much. Some people even do this on their 7th or 8th month but there are some techniques which need to be followed in order to not hurt the baby bump. Unless the mother is too weak and has some complications, having sex during pregnancy is beneficial.
