One thing I will say.............I so WISH our jetty's looked like that up here in Oregon! The further you walk out , it's like jumping from one school bus to another with gigantic boulders! Plays havoc on your knee's and it beats the crap out of me!

Thresher you should look into adrenalin fishing boots from Australia. I got some you don't need to put cleats on everytime they got them on it already. They work wonderful at all the jetties. Plus awesome when you walk on all that slime

I remember I was sitting on a jetty fishing in Milford ct when at least a dozen of the biggest rats I ever saw started jumping up all around around me from the cracks in the rocks then a week later I walked all the way to the end one night to stripper fish it was 4 am and the tide dropped as I began to walk in there were two skunks that had wslked out and were just crawling around on top the jetty I sat at the end of the jetty for two hours before they finally left

And what sort of retrieve do you use for that spoon? Just drop it to the bottom and jig it all the way up?
