The Skull Invitation event was honestly a piece of cake for me. That's the great thing about running a Timelord Deck, you don't have to worry about your monsters going to the Graveyard, because they can't be destroyed and just go back to your Deck.

As a Gravekeeper's Enjoyer, there are few things as satisfying as getting the full Royal Tribute 2-for-5 hand-rip and watching Necrovalley negate any ensuing graveyard effects that move cards out of the graveyard. If only it were easier to just Soul Drain them entirely so you don't get nonsense like "If I'm sent to the GY; add a card from your deck to your hand, and if you do, banish one spell/trap on the field, then punch your opponent in the face a number of times equal to your life points. You can only use this effect of me once per turn."

Necrovalley is a graveyard lockdown. It stops ALL graveyard strategies.

Not all graveyard strategies. it doesn't stop effects that activate and resolve in graveyard. If you want it to be really tight and super locked down with respect to monster effects you need to pair it with gravekeeper's shaman

@@hail2jigglypuff168 I know but there is reason i didn't include him. Spells and traps that generally activate in grave require there to be some card movement which necrovalley prevents thus stopping spells and trap effects by extension. How can u activate such cards if u can't pay the cost typically banishment or returning to deck? Anubis though good is too slow and cost heavy to get out reliably. Shaman is easy, gravekeeper spy,chief and the rite of spirit can get shaman out easy plus it is searchable.

@@CelestialDeathscythe Labrynth is pretty quick at turboing him out, even to interrupt a chain of cards that activate in the grave as well as keep bringing him back so it's not that cost heavy, although it's definitely a Garnet that can interfere with future plays from grave. But you're completely right for decks other than Labrynth. You're also right Necrovalley already stops current Spells and Traps in the grave, but that might not be entirely true forever. I guess we'll have to wait for powercreep to have backrow that activates and stays in the grave until that idea sees any relevance. Edit: Oh wait there are backrow like Waking The Dragon that activate in the grave without moving so End Of Anubis should stop it but not Necrovalley, or am I wrong? But even if that's true it's still pretty niche.

@@hail2jigglypuff168 Waking the dragon has to be destroyed and sent to the GY to activate so it doesn't move so Necrovally doesn't stop it, though you should look at how many different Erratas Necrovally has. One of the Erratas would stop Waking the Dragons. I think Necrovalley holds the record for Yugioh's card list to have the most erratas done to it.
