If you're PS4 is making a lot of noise the fan inside is probably clogged with dust and has to work extra hard to keep it sufficiently cool, there could be other potential issues but this is most likely what's causing it, in this case you or someone you know/hire can open it and clean out the dust and it should become more quite, I recommend doing this since the hotter the console gets the more likely one or many of the internal components are to fail which will lead to further problems, not trying to "umm actually" just wanted to provide some helpful information. :b

My PS4 pro sounds like a twin turbocharged hairdryer whenever I play Apex or FFXIV. 2 months ago i completely Opened it and cleaned it. Got all the dust out of the heat sink, added new thermal paste to the CPU but what I didn't do was change the thermal pads.
