The thing is SO many vehicles are ECU limited. You can literally watch an ECU close the throttle while you step on the pedal at high RPM. You can usually unlock 10%- 15% torque in the upper middle and 20% top end HP dissabling this and repairing the F/A curve in that Rpm range. No parts necessary, no tools required! Free up the intake and exaust and your at 25% over stock, for a few dollars. PLEASE! Dont forget to fix your brakes...😜

Yes, Corvette, Camaro, mustang the list could go on. I sold the car to a guy who races rally cars. He spent two years building a roll cage, suspension. Even if the Vipers got blown out of the water, I still love the second generation of them too much. And I think I know why they only got to see the tail lights so often: Their engines are quite a specialty with their 10 cylinders. They do have weak points people have to work with and working with these engines is quite expensive. @@palledrengens I know that from a cursory glance it might be funny to see a non sports car or high end vehicle being cherished or respected by most. To me, that's more impressive and awe inspiring than someone who goes into debt with high car payments and barely making it from day to day driving a hundred thousand dollar vehicle. Yeah, when I see someone struggling to keep his ride going, I want to help that person because they are really struggling with the labors and toils of life, trying to get to work or just feel decent and acceptable among other wrench turning folks. Imagine being that person bent over into the engine bay trying to get something going with little or no money. @@BobbyTucker I used to think trucks were crap, but I’ve changed my mind after seeing them consistently whoop all kinds of coupes and sedans🤣 American cars are some of the most discrete sleepers there are. Like the Ford Flex , which I absolutely love. I also love the underdogs🤣

335i was probably pushing close to 3,000+ HP judging from the sheer sound of that engine and seeing how much the top of the car lifted up from the torque.

At least with the bought, they will pass a road side inspection by the police here in Ontario if they decide to randomly pull you over to check your exhaust. They are pulling cars off the road if they are modified.

this reminds me of my days of fooling around on the street and a friend of mine had a 67 fairlane 4 door sedan with a nascar race engine in it and he would blow everyone away that thought they were fast, todays builds are insane with all the turbos as superchargers on them.

Driving a dragster that runs 7.60s @ 175 , I still appreciate fast street cars. Mostly American cars, but I do love Toyota 2. Some great builds on here. Always make fun of the people spending 200k getting their ass kicked by a good build!

Love the sleeper because you never know what that jigsaw puzzle might have under the hood, maybe a jet engine. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Oldest saying around and still holds true to this day my friend.

There's a lot of guys out there willing to blow or at least wear out their engines by inducing nitrous-oxide in every run. It's difficult to beat anyone willing to do that.
@briansloat36252 жыл бұрын
Tuners can be built to make big power, the issue is they don't last when you turn the wick up that far. A friends son has built several Honda 4-cyl with around 700hp. None of them have lasted more than 9 months. Blown headgaskets, burnt pistons, cracked pistons, broken connecting rods, cracked blocks, etc. They were also limited to straight line acceleration, couldn't corner, couldn't stop. Sure he had a wicked fast car (if it hooked) but the cars he was beating will always be more desirable and command more money. On a side note, the Viper ACR appeared to be in too high of a gear when they took off.
