Why don't you skip tranq boots and get the hp rings first. Bypasses 400gp of early game gold which is huge on pos 5? Just curious

grandmaster phoenix here tranquils gives you the movement speed which is huge for a pos 5 who wants to move around the map and tp which costs 100 gold. Phoenix spells costs hp which doesn’t turn off tranquils which is useful when you are in the back just casting spirits. Finally getting the mana regen before the ring is usually better because mana regen is very necessary on phoenix for egg and sunray :)
