Looks lush! Try using a whisk when you put the curry powder in the water, makes it nice and smooth ☺️

For your fried rice add dark soya sauce, some white pepper and a bit of sesame oil that will transform the rice to as good as the takeaway.

Hi keith and nat that curry looked really nice any left over put in the foil tubs and put in freezer then you only have to do your rice and chips when the curry is warming up .i love curry love fran xxxx

Keith that looks amazing. I am not a good chef like yourself so my easy quick curry is 2 lots of Mayflower Beef Curries and 1 Mayflower Special Fried rice from Poundland. £5.50 in total. Lovely Jubbly 👍👍😁. I must say yours looks better.

really the beef you would not get that much in a meal you buy. it would have more sauce, and other items added. like carrot to bulk it out. The rice is always cheaper for the 52p 1KG bag. version, just faster 1 or 2 minutes for the bag done version but it costs as much as the KG bag. you could have always made your own chips that would be far cheaper too. over the price of buying a ready made chips from any store.

Looks good try light soy, dark soy half tea spoon in this amount before frying quarte teaspoon msg and pinch of white pepper, pinch of salt. 😁 No oyster necessary but still looks decent the rest is perfect ☺️ love chinese

Keith, the rice would be even better if you microwaved it the day before, run a fork through it and then keep it in the fridge until the following day when you wanted to fry it off

We do like the mayflower range in our household keith I do buy the mayflower beef curry & the chicken curry in the foils from farmfoods they are lovely I also buy the mayflower curry powder which is gorgeous I will do your recipe of the curry it looks very nice & easy to cook love ❤️ to you & Nat for keeping us all entertained.

All looks lovely Keith. I do my egg fried rice similar, but I put the rice in first, then crack the two eggs into it and stir til the eggs are cooked, and add a little black pepper. All the best to you and Nat mate 🎉🎉
