Looks to be an arduino that is coded to move 3 servos a certain amount whenever light is present, then return to their original position when the light goes away. The phone is acting as the controller, turning lights on and off next to the corresponding light sensor. I don’t think the sound is coming from the arduino itself. It actually would be pretty simple to make if that’s the case, but the idea is genius.
