Q) But why did the actor, keeping his one leg on bike 1 and other leg on bike 2, not fall? For those who are wondering, its because the velocity of the bikes are constant. Thus, acceleration is 0 m/s. According to Newton's First Law og Motion, a body at rest remains at rest and a body in motion continues to move along a straight path with constant speed until compelled to do so by a net external unbalanced force. Thus, as the actor is constantly moving forward with constant velocity, we thereby conclude that no external net force is being applied on him. Thus, he doesn't fall. Am i right?
