Look sir I totally agree to you but you can be healthy only when you're happy and if food is your happiness and you aren't allowed then how can someone be healthy they can look healthy from outside but can't be happy mentally so getting healthier means it includes both physicality and mentality and if you give example of Virat Kohli then he's an athlete so it's not necessary that a common man need to follow a strict diet like an athlete

I am not a very hardcore fitness freak. But, I believe that health should be given priority to taste. On the name of selfless love, 'I love you the way you are', cute cravings, love yourself, etc, we are promoting wrong precedence. Forced dieting is not going to help. Agree. But, late night eating, excessive junks and sweets are just too bad. True friends and real partners are the ones who help inherit right practices, make good habits. Rather than saying that don't compare yourself to others, it's better to improve together, be it physically, mentally, intellectually or emotionally.
