why are those 5 minutes before falling asleep or right after awaken up? sometimes we are at the peak of our vibration during the day, during the afternoon hours, even during work, we may feel more our SP, then after having been to party let's say, when we are more at peace with ourselves, we're more likely to attune, but before falling asleep we're dead tired or right after awakening we're still in the REM phase and fo not distinguish conscious/subsconious we're still experiencing the dream and the events from the whole the day before...these manifestiation/ visualisation priciple shoul dbe able to be shifted some toerh time of the day, what do you think Robert about that ?

Affirm what you want everyday, try to feel it ,if you can't visualize,just affirm robotically. Before sleeping imagine your desire as if its happening in the moment. Detach does not mean forget about your desire, detach means you already have your desire so you dont need to check here and there. Detach means "Live in the end."
