When your kids eat A LOT of sweets in the SUMMER!

Are you sick of giving your baby pouches all the time? Or have your big kids had a lot of junk to eat this summer? My kids have had ice cream or treats every day this week. I don’t want to deprive them of yummy sweets, but I also want them to make healthy food choices. I make this soup every two weeks so that vegetables don’t go bad! I just throw in whatever we have and I use the leftover organic chicken from Whole Foods from the previous night. I put the soup in a mug with a spoon and a straw for my big kids and just pull out easy vegetables and chicken for the baby to eat. I sometimes let the kids eat it while they watch tv because it’s not their favorite meal. It’s so easy to have for the baby over the next couple of days!
What I use:
1 carton of bone broth
4 cups of water
Salt, onion powder, garlic powder
Onion
White sweet potato
Orange sweet potato
White potato
Celery
Onion
Butternut squash
Purple and orange carrots
1/2-1 whole lemon squeezed
