Not sure if it was the kick. I've had it happen to me in sparring, you don't feel the kick that much, but when you take a step back after a kick and land 1% incorrectly, the nerves just give out. Wouldn't say its cause of the kick, weird to explain, but maybe it is, I might be wrong. Anyways, he did phenomenal recovering, a lot of people would give up, the pain is unnatural
