The top commenter's thread has a lot about comment reading. He pre-records hours of video. In any series past the first few episodes, every single video he mentions the comments teaching him something. Becuase of the initial bulk pre-record it might not look like he see's anything, but he does. The same thing happened in dead cells, it took like 5 videos becuase of pre-recording but he learned from the comments eventually.

just a little help for pipe management, 2 small pipes deliver enough oil for one double-sized pipe. 2 double sized pipes deliver enough oil for one triple-sized pipe. having a good oil flow is important for getting the oil out fast

Hey DF, you can withdraw your land lease before the end of the year instead of waiting if you think there's no more oil in the ground. Doing so will get you a partial refund on the money you paid for the land (provided it's before December) and a $1,000 bonus for ending early. This stacks with the bonuses for depleting all the oil on the map and selling it all for a grand total of $3,000 in bonuses plus any refund you may get. To end the land lease early, click on the date in the upper left.

You should play a game called TerraTech. You can get it on Steam. You build and customize a mining vehicle out of tons of different blocks and you can put armor and weapons on it. You can battle other players and set up a base of operations where you refine and sell a lot of different minerals. I bought it last year and I love it.

If the oil pipe isnt completely black then you are not pumping it quickly so you've got to upgrade the top ones and not the bottom ones

if you stop the levels before the final month you get +1000$. It is often not worth it but if you run out of oil it is a tiny bit extra to add to your payroll also if you upgrade pipes you need to upgrade the entire system. If you only upgrade some of the pipes the oil wont pump any faster

If they're still using horses instead of cars, what do they need all that oil for? I mean I know the game isn't the most realistic, what with the dowsers actually _working,_ and the moles that can report oil field locations, but is all that oil actually used for? Did people use that stuff for lighting before the combustion engine was invented? Heating? ...steam engines (which I know were more commonly powered by coal, but anything that burns should work, right?)? Were plastics invented before the combustion engine? Maybe I should look it up.
