The most convincing argument I've heard that we DID was Buzz Aldrin's fist. The second is that nobody had developed enough storage to film a fake moon landing at a high enough speed to then later play it slow to make it look right. The only available options were digital storage, if I remember correctly. Catches deniers right in the "they didn't have the technology to make it to the moon." If they didn't have good enough computers to make it, then they didn't have good enough computers to fake it.
