This is actually a very winnable game, he occupied all of his back rows with floodgates, which means he cannot summon any of his eldlich monsters until he hard draw Golden Lord. On the other hand, you can still normal and special summon your sprights or even tribute summon bystials. If he does not draw golden lord in 3 rounds he's dead.

Sounds like me at my locals when I lost playing casuals with red eyes vs volcanic I had 6 cards left in deck with accelerator reload on board and all 3 scattershot in deck after shuffling them back. I had enough life points to last 2 turns while my opponent had 1200 life points left. Easy to guess I didn’t draw scattershot
