Not unless he is CRAZY fed. Lich Bane + Zigg's Passive + Static have a 130% AP ratio together. Lux's R has 120% AP ratio and doesn't one shot as seen in many videos with fed Luxs. And no the +10% AP in Zigg's auto won't matter cause the base damage is lower and cause static shiv means you are building 1 less AP item so it won't compare to full AP 120% ratio of Lux's R.

I play ziggs I use Ledens, lichbane, rabadons, shadow flame, my boots are mercury treads, if I reach end game I sell boots for horizon focus I did 86k damage yesterday on one of my games. I like that set up right now

Day 11 of asking for the tankiest Rakan toplane build with: Sunfire for wave clear, Jak'Sho, Fimbul Winter into Dark Seal which works really well with Rakan for some AP (Can be bought a little earlier too) then situational items based on teamcomp either more tanky or some more ap/utility For runes: Aftershock, Shield Bash, Conditioning, Revitalize or Unflinching Eyeball and Ultimate Hunter (Consider taking attack speed rune cause It's good for farming, proc-ing sunfire and most importantly Rakan's passive shield + Shield Bash) This build excelsl in ganks and teamfights cause you have a lot of resistances with Jak'Sho and you keep getting a lot of shields with passive and Fimbul Winter and healing with Q and It's all more effective with resistances
