You left me when I needed you the most, at the time when I was vulnerable and needed support in life from the only person I loved. You weren't there. You abandoned me and left me for someone else. You cheated. I don't believe we should ever sacrifice ourselves for anyone. We should never love anyone because, everyone you do will eventually hurt you, betray you and cheat on you, in most cases. I really wished that whatever thing song was trying to convey was true, but the reality is totally different. People never stay "Forever" This song was the one we listened to when we were going strong and planning our future, it was a very good part of our relationship, but they don't last and we are only left with regrets, resentment, anger hurt and wasted efforts. I loved you with all of me, sacrificed my own self worth in front of my family, destroyed my morals to stay with you and here I am writing this comment in despair that you gave me. And the funny thing is you might never know what I went through, because you're enjoying and having fun with that new person. I believed that anything and everything in this world can be fixed with communication and if we talk rather than assume, we can fix any problem. It was supposed to be 'You and me vs the problem', not 'you vs me' . But see whaht happened and how quickly every thing turned to dust. All the efforts to make things right, Wasted. All the pain to make my family reconsider thinsg gone to shit. I guess, as people say, I should be happy if someone I love is happy without me, but they forget one thing in this statement, sometimes the our own happiness was with them, in being close to them happiness for me was holding your hands after meeting you in a long time, walking together, holding your hands while driving on a long road trip, your presence. Anyway. I realised this the hard way, but the harder you try to hold someone they leave with more ferociously. Leaving an empty person behind. Hope you have a good life ahead. -Sukoon
