Where are my Disney Dreamlight Valley founders pack items and moonstones?

I bought the deluxe version, not sure how it's called, and I still didn't get my little fox, and they say thar I have it... it's so frustrating 😫

The update corrupted my main one. So I have to wait till December to get on it and I had to restart and now my founders unltimwnt pack isn't showing up

Gosh, the update was supposed to fix the founders items not showing. Here is a link to gameloft support: gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/66-disney-dreamlight-valley/contact-us/ They take a very long time to respond, but they do eventually. Are you online with the same cloud save email and at the current date and time?

Just bought the ultimate edition for my daughter and was able to claim everything EXCEPT the 20,000 moonstones. I did the cloud save and even made an account,no dice. I sent an email to GameLoft; was wondering if anyone found a work around.

i had around 8k moonstones but after the update, they went poof lol idk where they went

Are you playing on another platform as well? Like, XBOX and Switch? They may just only be on your other device? -hope that is it, if not definitely file a report to Gameloft Support: gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/66-disney-dreamlight-valley/contact-us/

I got Moana to friendship level 10 but I did't get the reword for it. can you plez help I worked for a week on leveling her up for it.

Yah! So Moana’s dress shown as the level 10 friendship reward is earned through completing her final friendship quest. (Placing leader shards on a special table she has you craft)

Hmm, I read something from Gameloft saying they were still rolling them out. It doesn't hurt to send in a support ticket though. its so frustrating.. from one day to another my moonstones were gone for no reason.. i wrote the support and they took 16!!! days to answer and all they said was "have you restartet the game?" lmao i wasnt sure if i shall laugh or cry 😂 now my moonstones are still gone.. does anybody know if i delete my savefile, will i get back my moonstones for the founders pack?

They took a month to write me back, this was just on Nintendo Switch. I did do a reset (pressed new game) on Nintendo Switch and my founders items were returned, but I'm hearing it isn't working for everybody. Definitely could be one of the bugs they supposedly fixed on the October 19th update. Have they been returned to you since the update? I hope so!

@@SweetHoneyNectar they have the slowest customer support I have ever worked with, the constant crashing has made the game near unplayable and they take centuries to respond. I'm not happy with Gameloft at the moment, hopefully they improve soon. Did you ever hear back?

Thank your all of the information and tips.. I was unable to locate mine until I watched your video.. I can not find my moonstones that were part of the ultimate edition, I found everything else. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you.

Gameloft support may be able to help, they sent out a few fixes in recent updates but it hasn't fixed it for everybody. Here is their contact info, they take a very long time to respond, but they do eventually and should be able to zap them into your mailbox once they do. I had the same issued too with my moonstones, but they only seem to appear when I get moonstones from chests and it'll appear on screen for a sec but not showing on the inventory screen with the other coins.

its for the "season pass" like the halloween event right now :3 2500 moonstones to open up the moonpath to get quiet nice cosmetics

They also will be opening a store eventually and will be selling character / quest / storylines according to this article on the Gameloft support page.
