Prisons classify people on the level prison they’re gonna go to based on their calculated risk to the institution, for escape, threat to other prisoners, etc. No matter how you feel, a cop is very unlikely to be a troublemaker in the prison system. That’s why you could have somebody who is committed the exact same crime be sent to very different prisons based on their history or their conduct in prison.b

No perimiter walls, gaurds, guns, or towers, just an Honor System. Prisoners there could even walk away around two blocks to a local convenience store... Alone. That's why the Supreme Court need to remove immunity status for law enforcement. 10 years before they were prosecuted shows the high bar of immunity that needs to be repealed.

This has zero to do with qualified immunity, you are ignorant.

A group of corrupt cops? No way? While I still believe the vast majority of Police Officers are hard-working hero's we all know there is a long-standing paternal culture of "we protect our own" in place. As a nation we allow it so we get what we collectively deserve.
@kelleymiller40282 жыл бұрын
What if the people NOT in a "collective"? Also, the ONLY officers NOT CORRUPT are the ones whom TELL THE TRUTH ALWAYS whether its against/for another civilian or THEIR COLLEAGUES, PERIOD. So is a "good" cop is covering for his/her partner then the "good" cop is technically JIST AS CORRUPT, no matter the reason.
@GunnyPhillips2 жыл бұрын
@@kelleymiller4028 I don't disagree with anything you've said here however we're all in the "human" collective for better or worse. It's truly sad when the masses suffer due to the mistakes, greed or sheer evil of a select few but it's certainly nothing new.

Jenkins and Allers were the supervisors so of course they were gonna get heavier sentences, Hersl was a horrible cop and person prob the worst of the group so they had a lot on him. A lot of the black officers cooperated so they got reduced sentences. Race really had nothing to do with it
