Giving constructive criticism does not just mean you tell someone what their doing is "boring"... or "you need to change your approach." Constructive criticism involves actively encouraging and providing helpful tips to improve. You did not do that.. you simply stated it was boring, and he needed to change his approach.. You could have said, "Although your analysis of the stats are good, you do not go indepth about the actual gameplan or gameplay, which makes the video for a lack of a better word; bland. I think your focus should be more on the players and gamplans for both teams rather than just full-on stats. "
