I still remember 1998 when the sin of compromise disconnected me from God, as i knelt down that faithful morning seeking for reconciliation, this was the song that came out from my mouth. suddenly there was a rush of anointing into my body and I knew God had brought me back. 2019 I am still going strong. Love this song. This song was sung much when I was 17 to 20 at the church I was with. A mixed congregation to use worldly terms but one people in Christ Jesus. We sang this song with much enthusiasm and I miss that. I miss these hymns though I like some of the contemporary praise and worship though in recent years (or until a few years ago) now its radio music. Reminds me of the Apostolic Outreach Church in New Orleans some years back. Started with a Bible study given by Bro Danny Brown and in two years grew to a church of 750. God led Bro Danny to the First Pentecostal Church at Canal St and N. Dorgenois St where he feel on his knees and received the Holy Ghost. Salvation, healing and good works followed- Revival time! God moves and we respond to His lead. Sure miss Bro Danny.
