I really wish yall stop whining about scalpers. Tell yourself whatever you need to. The fact of the matter is, the demand is extremely high for a couple of reason. You’re competing with fellow gamers for inventory. Apps like hotstocks arms a normal person with inventory updates. I personally used it to get 4 ps5 and a 2 series x for my friends and coworkers. Apparently Apple introduced code that reboots locked phones after a period of time in the latest iOS version. This code also makes other iPhones on older versions reboot too when the updated devices goes near them. Not 100% sure though as the story is still developing, so take everything with a grain of salt. Some people speculate that it has to do with the clocks in the device going out of sync thats triggering the reboot for security reasons.

Like it or not, there are genuine security reasons to shut down a device if you aren’t using it for a long time, especially if you have disk encryption enabled (as decryption keys are stored in memory). Rebooting automatically on purpose is the next best thing (to clear the decryption keys). Rebooting unexpectedly is a bug that needs to be fixed. -I wouldn’t be surprised if android natively implements something similar after this.-

I Mac M4 is rocking the field with Les Cost. Can buying a Mac mini M4 just be the only cost of the VGA price? If we are planning to make an AMD build equal to the M4 Mini, it will cost three times the M4 Mini. Intel & AMD need more improvement. Intel Price is also too much for this spec 👎

as of now I am more inclined into a 9900, not upgrade but a newbuild from scratch from am4 5600 should be significant, will see what will be available in jan/feb components in fire sales, combined with maybe a new battlemage video card for 2d video work and maybe a gaming card depending on what the amds 8000 and nvidias 5000 series will be in spring going summer 2025
