Talk about head stress , i used to help / assist my wealthy comrade when he started getting up in age he would put me up in 539.00 per night suites & rented me a studio apt close to the casinos since after he & his wife sold their company she wanted to travel the world & is doing so and he wanted to gamble & fish so that is what he & I did I mean 6 some times 7 days a week . Hay, I'm sorry no one ever answered you. I've seen in other videos that they borrow money for that. They use credit cards and lines of credit against various assets. This allows them to not have to sell the asset which would attract capital gains tax. And because they're so wealthy the loans they get are very long-term and the interest rates are so low

What would I invest in if I had $1 Billion dollars? I don;t know, I will figure that out when I have the money and then discuss it with my financial planner. It seems like a real stretch to me anyway. How would I acquire $1 Billion dollars in the first place? If I was gifted $1 Billion dollars from some multi Billionaire, but why would a multi billionaire want to give me $1 Billion in the first place? Once I receive the money transfer I think I would deposit the money in my 10 Major Bank Accounts with $100 Million in each account drawing interests.Then After I gone on a shopping spree and bought the stuff I have been wanting for my personal use now that It is affordable for me to buy the stuff. Then figure what I want to invest in and give some away to some in need of financial assistance. Have a new house built to my specifications in the location where I want to live.

25% should definitely be invested in gold/bitcoin. 25% in money making businesses and 25% in land/real estate. If you make billions that last 25% is enough for you and familie to last generations while your overall portfolio re-supplies that wealth many generations into the future.
