i used to work at a waterpark on the river here in Northern Ireland. Not really related but on the 12th we would always get the proper scallys from belfast coming down cause the council funded it cause they didn't want them pure kicking off causing mayhem on the 12th. For the homeless could be something similar. Ik yous r just joking but some kinda validity to the world cup shite.
