Pile 1: I did pull back and stop “chasing” him for a bit because I felt like I was just hurting myself. I kept getting depressed because I didn’t know what to do with my feelings and I couldn’t really tell how he felt. His guard would go way up and then drop and then back up again. One day or moment we’d vibe really well and then it’s back to barely even talking. We also weren’t working directly with each other and my focus was elsewhere. However these past couple of weeks have been fun. We’re not always working together still but he doesn’t feel as closed off as before. I feel like our connection is getting stronger. He seems more comfortable and receptive to me. Like he’s finally dropping his guard more. I know a lot of it has to do with timing. Some days I feel like I’m able to ask and say the right things and then some days I feel like I’m not supposed to. I’m trusting the universe as much as possible with regard to this connection now.
