God is allowing people to be exposed - and I believe he is separating the wheat from the tares! Look at what "church" has turned into - so many rarely teach the Bible - let alone believe it - c0v1d has served actually a great purpose - what's going on right now IN church should tell every TRUE believer the signs of the times!! its not Tony Evans. its Robert Morris of Gateway church. he molested a 12 y.o. child years ago and has admitted to it while omitting crucial details and making it sound like it was an affair with a consenting adult.

It seems the elders hid the truth to protect the "founder" There is no excuse for that! Not only does the "founder" go, but also every elder that was a material part of the cover up. You were all betrayed. The people you trusted lied to you. The cover up was for the benefit of man, not God! What else did they/are they covering up? You may be feeling grief. You should also be feeling outrage, disgust, betrayed. You don't "build this back up". You tear it down and you start again. You must realise that God does not dwell in a place that does these things! Why go where God isn't?

Elephant STILL in the Room, Sir. Yes, grieve as we draw close to God during this time. To "restore faith in the church," Leadership MUST take more "Accountability" for members to feel SAFE to TRUST again in order to heal properly. However, We ALL are going thru this &have to look to our own hearts. God is bringing Holiness/Fear of the Lord BACK!!
