There are 4 most widespread religions in the world. These are Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism. Each of them has their own ideas about Heaven and Hell, but what are the most interesting facts about them and what exactly they are. In today's spiritual documentary video, we will talk about the similarities and differences between hell and heaven according to different religions.
Most Christians will describe heaven to you as a bright garden somewhere in the sky inhabited by righteous people dressed in white. However, according to the Bible, the original home of humans was a real place on Earth - the Garden of Eden. It was called Paradise. Muslims believe that the trials of the short earthly life prepare people for the hereafter, which is eternal. It is interesting that in more eastern religions they do not have such a well-formed end goal in life as heaven if you are good or hell if you are bad. They believe that the dead reunite with Mother Nature and live in another form on earth. Hindus believe that our stay here is an illusion. For them, our life is a cycle of reincarnations, which are determined by karma, and the goal is to reach the real ie. to escape the roundabout. When the soul reaches such a level and breaks the wheel of reincarnations, Moksha occurs - the end of suffering and limitations of our worldly existence. The concept of Hell and Heaven in Buddhism is also watered down and they come closer in beliefs to Hindus. Buddhists believe in rebirth and the cycle between life and death - this cycle is called samsara, but they also try to escape from it. As always I want to include all perspectives and people and increase diversity on the channel! You know at #theclashers family values and kindness come first regardless of religion or skin color. Family is most important to us.
The most familiar vision of hell coming from Christianity is a combination between the Jewish Gehenna - a place of eternal fire and the punishing Hades of the Greeks. In this religion we have the Devil or Satan instead of God, but the idea that he rules hell is wrong. Nowhere in the Bible is there any mention of such a thing. As I have already mentioned, the views of Eastern religions regarding hell and heaven are different from the Western ones, for Hinduism the wheel of life is a kind of hell. The worse deeds you commit in the lower form you will be reborn. However, there is a place called Naraka, which is the equivalent of hell. According to this religion, there are 6 levels of existence and one of them - the lowest one plays the role of hell. Interestingly, it is also divided into sub-levels, as in Hinduism, but here for 16 in number. For them, hell is not only a fiery hell, they also have an icy underworld where sinners are frozen. Separately, the various punishments are dismemberment, swallowing alive and of course burning. There is no god there to harass them, rather a power that does.
