My view on higher sized (3200-4000) : this video is created to reduce the speed of crash which is imminent. Re-sale properties have started coming into the market by those investors who can see the upcoming crash; And they are not able to sell these even at slightly higher prices than launch price. My prediction: Soon i,e after 12-15 months, all buyers will disappear from the market, sellers will be all around trying to exit; will not get exit; resulting in crash.
