Dev When life feels overwhelming and beyond your control it is okay to put it on a pause it is okay to take a break from it all. Rest, wheather it is for few hours, for few days or few months because the truth is downtime is not a waste of time it is a time you need to collect your thoughts or emotions. It is the time you need to replace the lost part of yourself. It is a time you need to prepare your self for whatever is next. These few hours a few days or a few months will not prevent you from moving forward but they will prevent you from giving up. And because of this however long or short your pause is know it is essential. Know it is okay to give yourself the time you need ❤

okayie so im watching this after 10 months (yeah because i didn't know about you and i recently am getting back into youtube, posting and watching content so uhm yeah), but what i am the most grateful to have discovered on yt (and im so glad i did it at just 21 when others got this knowledge so late) is that you can create your own reality, you don't have to go through shit "life" has to offer you because our reality is the reflection of our assumptions. so imo, i want you to give yourself a chance to test out smth. all you have to do is repeat "isn't it wonderful?" over and over to yourself in your head. don't overthink, don't doubt, just repeat, despite seeing negativity, persist. i promise, it works wonders!
