It might be a crystal in your ear which is displaced but with certain therapy can be rectified. I had the vertigo which cleared with therapy. But it can come. back.

Hey Josh, I have Benign Positional Vertigo which comes on if my head is in a tilted position, it’s very debilitating when it comes on, sounds very similar to what you have described. There’s a manoeuvre you can do which alleviates it, I’ve never done it, not brave enough 😖 Hope your health issues improve 🤞

Josh get a EMG it's way cheaper than a MRI. It will tell you if there is a pinched nerve or a herniated disc in your neck.

@JoshuaAlexander138 Same thing for me, I kept asking for my neck to be looked at, but they would only do my head...so i siad to my new neurologist.. 'please don't be an idiot like the others, and take a look at my neck instead of my head' . The psychology worked. Lol and I was in surgery the week after my neck scan as my c5_c7 were squeezing my spinal column to a sliver....hence the thunderclap and constant headaches. I really, really hope you get a neck scan! ❤️

I have missed you. Not all your fault. Since January, I have been very sick lost my husband had to deal with no will and just now settled down. That things settled. My mind is returning to almost normal. Unfortunately, like many who go through chemo, they kind of lose where they are in life and how they feel, how they act. Finished chemo, March, had to do it early because it was affecting my thyroid and my kidneys. Had to wait to start radiation but in May I lost my husband to his second stroke and dementia. Then I had to go through radiation in June now in September I am classified as cancer free. Glad to see you coming back. I will go through your last videos to catch up.

I’ve been having problems with vertigo for the last two years, used to come and go, then it came and never went, I don’t think people realise how very very debilitating it can be, I’m permanently on betahistine which has helped lots. Hope you feel better soon x

Not to say this is what you have, but any thoughts could be helpful. My daughter has had 3 concussions and for 8 yrs has been having head/stomach (nauseous) issues. Many drs appts later, they FINALLY decided to do an MRI (not sure why they waste all that time and $$ to not do one in the first place), especially with bad falls. Just recently had a diagnosis from that MRI and she has Chiari 1, (Chiari malformation is a condition in which brain tissue extends into the spinal canal. She also had vertigo. She is not allowed to do sports, any heavy lifting (is why I think of you), no roller coasters, etc. Not to say this is you, Just Glad you are going to see a neck specialist and hope they DO an MRI. For now, careful with heavy lifting and tossing that head around until they hopefully figure it out. Our system is the pits, but like Chiari it is rare, so it not easily diagnosed, just as your condition may be.

Yes, those RARE conditions! Every time I ask, I seem to get another one! I now tell doctors, look on the last page, last paragraph, I am that 1% patient and will have any weird side effect, yet to be listed! Just watch, it isn't my imagination it's my weird reality! As an artist I enjoy other's works of Art!
