Hey Josh, I have Benign Positional Vertigo which comes on if my head is in a tilted position, it’s very debilitating when it comes on, sounds very similar to what you have described. There’s a manoeuvre you can do which alleviates it, I’ve never done it, not brave enough 😖 Hope your health issues improve 🤞

@JoshuaAlexander138 Same thing for me, I kept asking for my neck to be looked at, but they would only do my head...so i siad to my new neurologist.. 'please don't be an idiot like the others, and take a look at my neck instead of my head' . The psychology worked. Lol and I was in surgery the week after my neck scan as my c5_c7 were squeezing my spinal column to a sliver....hence the thunderclap and constant headaches. I really, really hope you get a neck scan! ❤️

Josh get a EMG it's way cheaper than a MRI. It will tell you if there is a pinched nerve or a herniated disc in your neck.

Idk if you'll see this comment but your ears can cause vertigo so maybe check that out. I have it and can't look up

agree I went down a fast water chute at a water park and water in my ear caused vertigo it lasted 3 weeks

You should get a NUCCA treatment. It puts your spine, neck, back into alignment. Its pretty amazing how it works.
