Hi welcome back!, Jerry Rosa said to say "Hi Jerry sent me" watched you several years ago I'm of a similar vintage to Jerry have watched him from almost the beginning of his channel and have learnt much (I'm an ancient guitarist!) I don't think I'll build any planes but I love watching anyone who loves their craft, go girl! (I think that's what you say across the pond?) From London England Europe the World 👏🤘👍😀😄

Hello Alania, Greetings to you and your family. No joke, I just thought a couple of days ago that we haven't heard from you in while. So glad to hear that you are up to your ears in work. Even though it can be hard, that is exactly what a family business like yours needs. I'm sure we will hear from you when you have more time on your hands. Stay glued to your work, but don't get stuck. 😉

@Culver Props Since you mentioned airplane models, would you be interested in a 1/20 scale model of the 1903 Wright Flyer 1 aircraft? Its in its unopened original box, unassembled. Its one of three I picked up at the Centennial celebration of flight back in 2003. Free to you.

Welcome back Dusty! During your absence, you have made some customers very happy by cutting down the lead time and I understand your lack of videos. I also know positioning cameras and editing take time away from prop production. Thanks for sneaking in some KZbin time.

Hello. Just found your channel and fascinated you still use the same methods that have been around forever, not cnc etc. Wondering what the glue actually is? Here in the UK the only powder glue which is mixed with water is a Urea Formaldehyde, made with a by product of the dairy industry. It too isn't gap filling and takes ages to set, but indestructible once it is. Used to be popular but fallen out of fashion because it's so slow to set, and needs to be warm, guessing it is where you are. Everyone uses Ployurathane glue now, because of its quick set time. Love your channel, keep up the good work

Came here from Jerry Rosa’s recommendation. I remember reading about the Backyard Flyer and your grandfather (I guess?) in Kitplanes many years ago. Jerry said that Gene had passed but i thought Gene’s son was also involved in the business so what happened to him?

That’s great and inevitably good for business I’m sure. The prop you made for my Davis DA-2A is doing fine. It originally had a C85 but I upgraded to a 125hp Franklin Sport4 and your prop, which was a little over-pitched with 85hp, is perfect at the higher power and redline. Thanks again!
