@@flywithsky they are not my brother They are Strangers. When i was going through the page of bihar flying club then i saw them, they recently completed their cpl in dec 2019. They said 5000rs per hour for bihari people ,and for people those who are not from bihar for them the cost is 1600000rs for cpl.
