Glad you’re back Jackson! I’m a big believer in natural remedies too, but I had bad acne from ages 14 - 21. None of the soaps or creams ever worked for me. I ended up taking Acutane my last semester of college. The potential side effects and monthly blood work scared me, but thankfully my skin looked great after 5 months, so worth it imo. Anyways, looking forward to new videos!

I would advise against taking acne medications. The side-effects are different for everyone but from personal experience they're not worth it. Try looking into vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and vitamin B3 (niacinamide) supplements before tackling the harsher stuff. I hope you find something that works for you 😌
