A big typhoon hit the Philippines a few days ago causing severe flooding and landslides.

NEW UPDATE Dali is now heading northwest at 287 degrees towards the south china sea. itrs presently due east of the Billiton Island of Indonesia just entering the southern portion of the south china sea.

There are NO “REPAIRS” of the FSKEY BRIDGE. They are currently in the bid, design, proposal and award process. Estimated completion date of a totally new bridge is 2027 at over a BILLION DOLLARS.

the track that Dali is suppose to be following at this time is the track everyone else is going which is northeast towards malaysia then southeast down the molacca strait to Singapore. unfortuatly Dali has changed course and is heading south east towards Australia. looking at the timeline she should of been close to malaysia by now and she is not. maybe she didn't want to be near anyone else or maybe she encounted other mechanical problems. only time will tell. the typhoon is on top of manila and vietnam, no where near the Dali.

The waters around the bottom of South America are some of the most unstable conditions on the oceans so nowhere near as safe. I wondered why they didn't go through the Panama canal.

i got a new location for the Dali it is roughly 50 miles northeast of the volcano called Krackatoa indonesia. coordinates of last transmission is -05.5511, 106.0181
