I'm surprised that when you are muted, you don't give notifications to your community on the screen so they're not hanging in limbo. Other scambaiters have found a way, so their community doesn't keep saying no sound, and such... "MUTED, personal information being exchanged, BRB" would be helpful. 😊

Outlined "Muted" across his face on the screen is a thought. Lurking and then turning away. I love listening while I'm standing and sanding. Poorer countries tend to lack proper education and the resources to make hacking viable. Most of their competent IT people have found good jobs that pay well. The ones who haven't found IT jobs do it as a hobby and wouldn't waste time on a high risk venture when there are basically no safe-guards against counter-hacks and tracking.
