Aw love that little bird at the beginning, we used to have a white yellow crested cockatoo that used to talk unfortunately we had to take her back to the shop we got her because it turned out I was allergic to her feathers, you both are very healthy with your lifestyle, every day is a different day and I really enjoy my journey with you and frank, we’ve got five dogs 3 huskies, 1 white German shepherd and a German shepherd cross, we adore them all but the problem is taking them for walks we do it two at a time, it’s good to know you take care of allie’s ring I’d often wandered where it was but always thought it might be nosy to ask outright anyway we know it’s safe, so for now god bless and take care xx

Hi guys. Apple sauce is very easy to make. I use a nutribulet but i am confident your bledteck would do the job (probably quicker) just cut up some apples and blend. You may need to stop and mix it a few times. Dont add water! As the apples break up the juices will release and make the perfect apple sauce! (i like to add cinnimon...yummm)

If you are using live yeast for your pizza dough, if you add a pinch more sugar in your recipe it will add more crunchiness lol to the crust. Also, in hotter climates that are humid, if you add ice to your water, mixing in your yeast recipe, waiting for the ice to almost melt all the way, then add flour, you can save the dough for longer and it won't raise as quick. Ok maybe a run on tip but just my two cents 😁✌️

Usually I don't post anything here, although I have been watching your videos for a while now, but just wanted to share my experience with allergies in Panama, as I was born and lived there for almost 20 years before moving to the US. Allie, if your allergies are sinus allergies, and they keep coming, it could very well be the mold around you. Costa Rica and Panama are super humid, which is ideal for mold to grow around the walls of almost every building around where you are. Hard to tell this is what is causing you in specific your allergies, but if it is, a good portable hepa filter air purifier you can set in the van would help at least up to some extent (it's almost impossible to isolate all the mold spores around you though in countries like Panama). Alen Air is a good brand as they do have a lifetime warranty in case you do want to try it in the future. Their customer service is great too, since they are a small local US based company.

It doesn't matter if she wears it or not. She knows she's engaged. A ring doesn't make it different. My aunt didn't even get one and she just did a simple wedding band. I recently noticed my center stone was loose, so I stopped wearing it awhile (I was traveling while I wore it) and waited to wear it again when we were back home and I got it repaired.

If you have an oven light..use that light and a jar of boiling water jar without a lid to help rise dough...I use our oven light and hot water to get my sourdough starter going...maybe it will help your sourdough adventure...I had a 3/4 sweater coat made from alpaca and it was so heavy & warm in the winter here in Maine...

Someone with a medical background here. I love using natural products when needed. I just wrote to say that maybe you might want to use a different tea from that same company. Allergies are not caused by foreign invaders like bacteria or viruses that need to be attacked by your immune system. Allergies are you immune system in overdrive. It's seeing invaders where there are none and launching attacks. The sneezing, runny eyes, runny nose, etc? That's your body launching an attack against pollen or something that is not dangerous. It is behaving like the pollen is a dangerous bacteria that needs to be washed out of your system (that's what all the mucus is for. It washes away virus and bacteria when you do get a real infection.) In other words, it's your immune system on false alarm status. It might be best to pick a tea that does NOT boost your immune system, as an overactive immune system is your current problem. But hay, drinking hot liquids is always a good thing and not much damage can be done. It would probably just be better to pick another tea bag from the box the next time. Take care.

Nothing wrong with wanting to avoid pharmaceuticals, but realistically nothing is going to turn off her immune system identifying an allergen. If they're bad, I would throw in the towel and use loratadine (commonly available worldwide), but that's just me.

I am not sure allergy is an immune system in overdrive. It is more like the system is weak and can't function correctly in my experience since I have it all my life in every season and every day and seeing enough allergy doctors. Mine acts up when I am tired. If I have more sleep, it stops acting up. So I believed boosting the immune system means to help it act correctly as design. When the immune system function correctly, it can't be over or underdrive in my opinion.

The oven is a great place to put your dough to rise; Suggestion: Send the ring home for safe keeping and buy a "fake" zirconium for every day use. Leaving the ring in the van is risky, especially since you just announced it to the world. Love your videos!!

I am glad that trent was able to get the fan working again I know how important that is especially with Frank and sleeping... I can understand why you guys would be not wanting to do anything because when it is hot and humid outside it just saps your energy... Allie, If you can find some locally produced honey and eat a teaspoon in the AM & PM It will cure your allergy problems. It always helps me.

I have allergies 365. So many when they did the needle testing, they did a blank because they thought I was allergic to the needle itself! Nope. Loratadine tablets. $5 for a bottle of 45 at Wal-Mart. Only have to take 1 tab a day. Non-drowsy. I gave Jordan this same info. Don't know if they can ship to you.

Mi Panama! My beloved country ❤ Quarantines are made between Panama and Costa Rica due to the contagious diseases that come from Costa Rica. It is a matter of the health of our animals and the population in general. The high cost is to discourage animal transport between the 2 countries.

Ouff poeple!! We are married since 10 years and together 25 ,i dont put my ring when a work and even sometime forget to put my ring when i go out to the groceris. My work a cant put my ring ,i work with babys ,dont to sracht Them. My husband does not like jewlery,never had so he does not put his. We been togather 25 years and i want force my husband to do someting he does not like and he does not do it to me to,its respect ,even if we are married. The ring is just an objet for others ,we dont need objet for our love and if people talk ,we let them talk,its our Lives. I never even notice if allie had her ring on,i rather watch the nature,the adventures you guys show us. Thanks so much 😊☀️❤️. Hihi but i thouht that allie lost the ring in the water. Lolll you are doing the right thing leaving it in the van,i lost my graduation ring when i was younguer. I know the feeling if you would lost your ring. My grand father bouth it for me. I also love, love my ring and would hate to loose it especially after 48 years. I don’t always wear my rings for the same reasons. About twenty nine or thirty years ago I saw a ring set very much like mine but It was a cz, not a real diamond. I wear that set as much or more as I do my diamond and no one knows the difference. You have to look inside the ring to make sure which one it is. I know you have probably insured your ring. Insurance will at least replace the ring. It still won’t be the same but at least you can get a new ring and keep the old memories while you make new ones.

I am guessing you have insured Allie’s ring. I know there is no replacement for the original, but in the event something happens at least you have the funds to get a comparable one. Insuring as a rider to your insurance for the van is very cost effective. Make sure to update appraisal every 5 yrs. 💗
