This only lasts for a certain number of years (5 I believe) the rules change. That was why having been trapped here after the Queen died his other visits were in and outs! The weeks over the Queens funeral used up most of his allowable days. I dont really care where he is as long as its not all over the papers but I wouldnt put it past the pair to be doing this as a publicity stunt.

Because its for the children. I devorate the heck out of my house for my grandchildren. Like Christmas people drive around at night for children to enjoy the decorations. I live Rural but our small tiwn goes all out on Halloween even the buisness participate the fire department ems police all do too. Its 2 hours of fun. Hay rides churches do trunk or treat. They dont hit the houses here rural too far apart but in town is very busy. We dont go to the big town in our county we hit the smaller one. We also pull alot for 4th of July. for chikdrens parade and other things. Christmas decor outside is big too. We have a parade . Santa comes to town. Also have swing out which highscool graduates do their walk. Its about celebrating our children. Letting them enjoy their childhood. Easter they do candy drops.etc.
