Inspite of a clear order from Election Commission of India to the Chief Secretary for taking appropriate action against the erring IPS with an intimation to the former,it is quite astonishing that the home dept under the the CS himself is unknown about the where about of the culprit.Even when the CS ,head of all depts ot the govt was supposed to take appropriate action ,give suitable posting and intimate the ATR accordingly to ECI, enquiring about the the erring official by the home dept is nothing but making mockery of the whole system and speaks lots about the state of affairs.How shameful is that a govt system runs like this nothing better than a grocery shop.I am in doubt whether the new govt has not taken charge yet or have forgotten their pre poll promises with lucrative dealings from old corrupt system. The CS in extension should be taken into task first for such grave failure .
