“Where did cancer come from?” - in that bench video she said she had an abdominal surgery and at the time it was not expected to be cancer. However, afterwards it was found cancer had been present. Chemo was started as a precautionary measure. My takeaway was that she had something removed and pathology after the fact revealed cancer was present in the removed tissue.
