tbh mark of the weak deals no damage and I tested it with several champions, on Seraphine you can take either empowered attack or cheap shot. check the runes after the match and you will see the difference.

and for the game... well you were unlucky with the team, they were absolutely terrible

@@TargonWR well it deals some damage but in comparison this rune is meh. I though that this rune is great for supports too but it seems it doesn't work like it should.
