@@whereizpvris The best advice that I can tell you is to contact key benefits and tell them that you want your card to be as expedite they will send you the card with UPS I did that and I it works for me it only took 3 days to get my card.

When you get it, do not transfer your money to different account. Key bank will steal your money and tell you can’t do anything about it. It’s lost money.

I don't understand Why don't people just use their bank account to receive their unemployment payments instead and they won't have this problem , the department of labor gives you the option to get paid either through your bank account deposit which only takes one business day after you certify or to use their debit card for payments which they clearly states it takes 3 weeks just to receive that card in the mail and you risk the chance of it getting lost, that's a no Brainer.

No brainier🧐 1st of all its really confusing if u worked ur entire life and never filed...Great if you can get through without glitches on-line I called an surprised I got through immediately when finished she said you can go to online to change to your checking account..still having issues with password 😟 so the thing is there were options to choose from...some people were blessed to get right in the system and get their money and others 😡 it's really ridiculous how long it's taken for those who've had to wait since March I will be flat on my back right now almost dead and I just lost my husband. It doesn't make sense. I am also waiting for my card..I am sending prayers for those who are still waiting.🙏🤞
