Callaway is one of the few manufacturers that sell newer TC tour certified clubs on their pre -owned site.Just search tour certified. I have purchased several , if you choose like new or outlet condition they are just like brand new.

Great video. I have two Edel SMS 56 degree and 60 degree wedges with Paterson one length shaft in them that I picked up at PGA Super Store for 32 a piece. I was shocked that the price was that low for them.

CC was not tour issue. The CC stamping meant “championship conforming” when they change the groove rule in 2011. They had to release vokeys off their normal two year cycle because of the rule change so they changed the paint color of the legal grooved wedges to gold paint and kept the illegal ones painted in red

the new Callaway black irons are forged and titanium. extremely hard for soft carbon steel and titanium to be manufactured as the metals heat and cool at way different rates. Took Callaway years to invent and processes to level that can get to mass production. hence the cost

Beryllium copper Ping Eye 2’s are terrible. They look cool and are rare because they came at such a premium over steel Eye 2’s but they feel awful. Makes a Pro V1 feel like a Pinnacle Gold and the sweet spot seemed to shrink versus the steel Eye 2’s. Look back and see how many tour players actually played them. Calcavecchia, that’s about it. Was just marketing. Ping nickel clubs from the 90’s however felt great.
