Sheep ..sheep I have a weakness for sheep in all the years I’ve been looking I’ve only ever found one ceramic sheep.., But ; thanks to your great find , that primitive sheep made from canvas ….. The thrill of the hunt is addictive. I have to limit myself to senior day here, which is on Wednesday. If I didn't, I'd have no room left anywhere, nor to mention no money left. I don't resell, but I think of you often while I'm shopping. Great news that you finally have your car back!

I got a new corner shelf (not new, my husband built it out of reclaimed wood) While I was decorating it, I thought...what would Yvonne do? I was running around my house looking for the right pieces to include the right heights and colours. Once I was done, I sat back very satisfied and said to my husband. "Look at all my yummies" I am starting to talk like you, I think my addiction is watching your channel. Lol

Did y’all have the Charles chips delivery service? We used to get potato chips and other snack type chips delivered in sturdy metal tins from a company called Charles chips. They came like the milkman only brought chips instead of dairy. I would love to get my hands on some of the old 60s tins from Charles chips. Nostalgia. Thanks for sharing; you guys are awesome!

When our 4 kids were young, appx. 4, 6, 8, & 10 years old, they found a bag of stale mini marshmallows, and my husband and they had a marshmallow fight in the house! They had a blast, and still talk about it, now that the youngest is almost 29 years old!! I found mini marshmallows for months afterwards, in places you wouldn't expect! The marshmallow tin made me think of that, and the things my husband would do, and allow our kids to do, vs what I allowed. It seems that one parent is always the strict one, comforting the ones who get hurt, when the other parent allows games that they could get hurt doing! I think that's why God made both Man and Woman! 😁

I went to an estate sale a few months ago and found an old Campfire tin and Cracker Jack tin. It was the third day of the sale in the afternoon so they said both were a dollar each. The son said he remembered his mom having them for over 50 years and didn’t know why she kept them so long. I paid for them and danced all the way to my car and then danced some more when I put them up on my cabinets in my kitchen. I smile every time I see them.

❤ seeing your videos and following your journey but when did you start your obsession and overuse of the word “yummies” when referring to your (NON FOOD) lovely and loving finds? (Been watching forever!) It reminds me of how Gen Z & Gen Alpha have rewritten our dictionary for traditional words to have other meaning lol Sometimes it feels like “I missed the memos of misused words”. Lol. Oh…..what a great haul! I love your hauls… wish I was close enough to visit your Booth! You have me on the HUNT now for Ironstone Taurines. My shelves are not tall, so I think Taurines would work better. I truly love your collection of ironstone. Did you put the small Taurine with no lid in your Booth or sell it already? I have 2 small ones similar to that one and love them. Oh the wood GOOSE ! All the items I drool over, who am I kidding ….LOL!!!! Why did they STOP a lot of things they use to do??? Everything is in plastic and we can’t even get PLASTIC BAGS in New York State! Most stores you walk about carrying your goods in your hands 😡 They have such a fit over plastic…but nothing is said about ALL THE BLUE MASK laying all over the ground ? 🤷‍♀️ Oh well ! Look at the crocks they use to put food in…then they went to tin…then to glass…NOW PLASTIC ….. So thankful for the cooler temps we are having…love the autumn sounds !!! 🍁🍁🧡🧡🍁🍁

The large wood swan/ duck/ goose- I have as well as another straight necked one. Got at country auction $25-40 for pr ( forgot). The problem is they are grimy from kitchen/ dining area. How do I get gunk off w/out harming the wood, or stripping the wax(?) Off of the wood? Then how do I seal? Should I clean with Murphy's Oil soap? Help me please.😢

Great haul. The fabric kitten was sold as a set with the mother cat at the fabric store in the 1970's on the bolt. You cut them out, stitched on the macine, stuffed them and they were ready to go. I think I added cardboard to the base, so they would stand better. TFS.

Love the Campfire can. I was a Campfire girl and loved it. The candy we used to seel were the peanut brittle, the mints, and the crunchy coconut. All three were really excellent. Had no problem selling these door to door.

Funny you said marshmallows seem to go stale faster in bags...when I get them it's m duty to eat them as soon asi can just so they don't go stale! I loved the little mouse with the spool of thread on her tail! I have the same tastes youe do, so I get excited over your latest hauls and I can't wait to see what vignettes you put them in. Yvonne what great thrifts you have! The littles are so cute. The fabric mouse and sheep are adorable! I sew so I am partial to those. I seem to find lots of wooden sconce shelves. Usually just single but i know I'll find something cool to do with them. I have a large pair that i think I'll put a shelf on and put over a door frame. Contains on getting your car back!
