In celebration of Benny The Butcher’s first major label release with ”Big Dog” ft. Lil Wayne, we take a look back on Benny’s journey and what brought him from taking over the underground to being one of the most prominent voices of real hip hop in the main stream. The path wasn’t easy and required years of struggle and sacrifice but with his knowledge and skills acquired from his trapping days, Benny was sure of one thing: good product sells itself. This kept him resilient against the naysayers who doubted him for a list of reason whether it being his age, genre, location etc. Benny The Butcher’s story is a true testament to where passion and dedication can take you.
