Exactly! I live near two of the fires 🔥 and those Santa Ana Winds were no joke. I work in an emergency department Level II trauma center near one of the fires. Karen Bass is not responsible for those fires not being put out. Those Santa Ana winds are. I work with fire, police and doctors. The lies that are being told about California are ridiculous. LA county is big. Kern county even bigger.

I live here in Los Angeles, practically all my life as an adult and like DL said there’s never been wind like that. I literally had my canopy uprooted from a concrete platform and flown several houses away. Thankfully, it caused no damage on another note. I’ve seen the aftermath because I work for a major telecommunications company and part of it is our area. This isn’t the time to blame anybody because that’s not gonna help. This isn’t the time to point fingers because that’s not gonna help. This is the time for every single person that reads this thread and lives in LA or abroad and can help to please do so these people are hurting and there are thousands of them. It literally looks like Palestine out here Television cannot give you the magnitude of the destruction so I am asking everyone that reads this please stop fighting and for everybody to come together now because there are people out there that really really need us.
