Thanks to you Chimex for another instructive video, well put together too, as usual. You know, I have been saying this for the longest --and frankly, this is no surprise to nobody, you just have to open your eyes and see; it's that simple-- Cameroon has AMAZING HOUSES & AMAZING POTENTIAL!!!! It just seems like it's those in charge in their nicely air conditioned offices that are NOT doing their part 🤷🏾‍♀️ The people is building but the government is not following, it's NOT doing its part... very unfortunate 🤦🏾‍♂️

Maybe the former airport would be converted to an airstrip. Concerning the roads, the municipal government should move in to tar the roads after all those beautiful buildings. The landlords can contribute money to fix the roads, knowing that it would boost the cost of their estate

Hope ADC which stands for "aéroports du cameroun" don't come one day and claimed that all those houses are on their land as it happened in Bonaberi with another stzte company.The houses are impressive.I hope the finishing is as beautiful as what we see.I insist on.the finishing because this is where if you run out of cash or just stingy,you start cutting corners.Finishing is the most expensive area in housing construction.Let the tarring of roads be privatised so that a well to do citizen can tarr a parcel of road leading to his home.The mall will be occupied.Cameroonians are still analysing the mall culture since it is a new thing.
