Well depends on the attacker. Low kick to the knee is not sure shot. And no guarantee that attacker will not ignore it and smash your face with few brutal punches. 🥊 And/or liver shots.

This guy talks a lot but contradicts himself.. at the beginning of the video he clearly says groin strikes DON'T!! WORK!! But at 6.27secs he pulls his friends head down and kicks him in the GROIN!! Then he does a GROIN STRIKE!! again at 9.18secs 😂😂😅 ok he knows something about self-defense BUT!! he cannot focus on the message or lesson he is trying to teach. 🙂
